Wolf of the Willows Brewing (AUS) welcomes two Japanese Breweries; Anglo Japanese Brewing (AJB) & Rusutsu Love Beer
FRIDAY 23rd JUNE / 6.30-7.30pm
Join us for a very special Double Release Taproom launch with TWO NEW collab beers. There'll be an Imperial Plum Gose, a collab with AJB, inspired by the Umeboshi, a popular Japanese condiment made from pickled Japanese plums. As we as Stout of Bounds Dry Stout, collab with Rusutsu Love Beer, served on nitro to give it that extra creamy, coffee chocolaty finish.
PLUS TWO LIMITED BEERS ON TAP from Anglo Japanese Brewing Co: Day Break Dark Saison & Cherry Dark Sour.
Beer chats with the Wolf Brewers from 6.30pm plus we'll be crossing live to chat with AJB Founder/Head Brewer Tom Livesay in Nozawa Onsen at 6.45pm.
Special Menu - Yakitori Skewers and Katsu Chicken Curry. Japanese Game Show Challenges - don't worry we won't make you eat slime.
